A young couple travels to a run-down Eastern European hospital in order to have plastic surgery done on them. The young woman wishes to have her breasts reduced. Her mother joins her for yet another face-lift procedure. During an afternoon stroll, the boyfriend discovers the body of a young woman on an operating table, gagged and strapped to her chair. However, he does not realize that his actions have provoked the breakout of an infectious disease that would turn doctors and patients into ravenous zombies.
