Without Anesthesia
Unknown to the powers-that-be, a famous Polish journalist appears on a television show that features a panel of journalists questioning him on an international conference. When he is away, his opponents revoke his privileges. After 15 years of marriage and two daughters, his wife starts an affair with a jealous young rival and wants a divorce. His attempts to solve these issues alone are met with her silence. His every move is a mistake. After learning that his seminar has been cancelled, he joins classmates in heavy drinking. The previously sophisticated and dominating journalist is reduced to quiet.
