Vagabond
Mona Bergeron was found dead in a ditch in the French countryside, her corpse frozen. The film then rushes back to the weeks preceding her death. Mona steadily deteriorates as she travels from place to place, taking odd jobs and living with whoever would give her a place to sleep in these memories. Mona is a fiercely independent woman who prefers freedom to comfort, yet it is this quest for independence that will lead to her doom.
