The New Republic has been resurrected 94 years after the Battle of Yavin, and democracy now rules the galaxy. The Jedi Order has been reestablished on the planet Yavin 4 and has continued to train new Jedi Knights in the art of peace and justice. However, all is not well in this new world. With the Dark Empire's demise, the ancient Skenvi Empire emerges from the shadows to make its move. With their aggressively expanding empire, the Skenvi are now competing with the New Republic for control of the galaxy. To cripple their enemies, the Skenvi seek to seize control of all the galaxy's most valuable resources. If a planet does not agree to join them, they have been known to take very aggressive actions. The little planet of Coreign is caught in the middle of this conflict over the fate of the galaxy. If a galactic war breaks out, the planet possesses a very powerful resource that would greatly benefit the side that has access to it.
