Jayne tells us about her last tour around the world. She shows us around Rome, tells us a story about Roman athletes from her imagination, and then goes to Cannes. She goes to the Isle of Levant, where there is a nudist colony, and she almost joins in. Then she goes to Paris, where Fernand Aubrey gives her a beauty treatment and she goes to some racy dance revues. She goes to clubs without tops in New York and Los Angeles and listens to an all-girl pop band without tops. The movie ends with some footage of her family in grief after she died.
