Tantra and Tantri go hand in hand. Tantri always obtains the whites and Tantra the yolks when they steal eggs from the household sacrifice offering. But one day, Tantra and the yolk are gone. Tantri begins to slide into wonderful parallel universes, approaching the inevitable parting through costumes, body paint, and dance, while her brother is hospitalized. To remove the idea that things can remain unchanged, Tantri's mother wipes her face at one point. Andini tells the story of a ten-year-old girl's separation and sadness using extensive dream sequences and the Balinese philosophy of sekala (the seen) and niskala (the unseen).
