Yuen Biao, the son of a wealthy man, thinks he's the best kung fu fighter in Canton, China. In an effort to ensure his son's safety, his father pays off all of his opponents in order for them to lose. In the wake of a humiliating setback at the hands of an actor in a touring theater troupe, the son decides to seek out a new educator. Action-packed kung fu combat are intercut with comic humor.
