The Old Gun
Julien Dandieu worked as a surgeon in a local hospital in Montauban in 1944. Frightened by the German army's approach to Montauban, he asks his friend Francois to drive his wife and daughter to the back country village where Julien has an old castle. Julien decided to meet them for the weekend a week later, but the Germans had already occupied the village.
