The impossible has been accomplished by medical researcher Frank, his fiancée Zoe, and their team: they've discovered a means to bring the dead back to life. They're ready to share their findings after a successful, though illegal, experiment on a dead animal. Their dean, on the other hand, is furious when he finds out what they've been up to. Frank uses Zoe as a test subject after she is killed in an attempt to replicate the experiment. Despite Zoe's resurrection, there is something sinister about her.
