To escape the rat race, screenwriter John Davies moves to a historic manor house in a tranquil West Wales community. Initially, he appreciates the slower pace of life and begins dating his lovely neighbour Cassie Konrad. Strange and unexplainable events begin to occur in the manor. A ghostly presence surrounds John as he investigates the house's past, uncovering horrors worse than he could have imagined. It's now up to John to make up for past wrongdoings and ultimately put to rest the ghosts who inhabit the Last House on Cemetery Lane.
