Williamson plays a police officer called 'Soft drink Cracker', whose partner was eliminated in a strange assassination. He is convinced that the murder was devoted by his old enemy, Ivan Moss, played by Bo Svenson. Despite hazards from the mob and also from the authorities division, he vows to proceed his goal to discover the persons in charge of the assassination. Maud Adams plays his new police woman companion, who loves him during their investigations. 'Soda Cracker' also has to deal with the reality that a lot of the law enforcement officer on the team might be corrupt, as well as tries to break down the criminal network whilst finding proof against Ivan Moss.
