One thing that came up over and over again was how to help kids who are getting fat. People who know a lot about food say that childhood obesity isn't the real problem. Instead, it's just a sign of a bigger issue that needs to be fixed. It is because people don't know what healthy foods are. A lack of healthy and cheap food and drinks. It also has to do with negative role models, like a parent, teacher, or even a famous person who is bad. As a whole, this seems like a lot to deal with, but when kids are given the power to make their own decisions, they often make the surprising choice to go in a healthy direction.
