The House Where the Mermaid Sleeps
A split couple with two kids, Kaoruko and Kazumasa Harima. When Mizuho starts kindergarten, they intend to get divorced. One day, they learn the heartbreaking news that their daughter had suffered a near-drowning accident in a pool and had been placed in a coma. The couple must decide whether to donate her organs to those in need or wait till her heart quits pumping after the doctors proclaim her brain dead with no chance of recovery.
