The Dentist 2: Brace Yourself
Dr. Caine, the assassinating dentist from the first film, has escaped from the mental institution where he had been held since being apprehended. Under a fictitious name, he travels to a peaceful Midwestern town and assumes the duties of the town dentist, hoping to restart a normal life. Caine's life is beginning to turn around, until he discovers his new love in the arms of someone else. This throws him over the brink and into another violent spree, much like in the first film, with his hapless patients receiving the brunt of his rage.
