Freddy Gale has waited six years for John Booth, the guy responsible for his daughter's death in a hit-and-run, to be freed from prison. Gale meets Booth on the day of his parole and informs him that he would assassinate him in one week. Booth spends his time attempting to reconcile himself and his crew, and even stumbles into romance. Gale's life, which is going downward as a result of his fixation with Booth, will push him to the brink of insanity. Both guys will find themselves on a collision path before the conclusion of the week.
