The Congressman
Charlie Winship, a Republican from Maine, has had a bad day. After being caught on video failing to stand and recite the pledge of allegiance, he punches another House member, confronts his enraged ex-wife, and faces media condemnation for attacking one of America's most cherished patriotic symbols. Charlie embarks on a journey to a remote island in the Atlantic whose eccentric inhabitants are engaged in a shooting war over their fishing grounds as his life spirals out of control.
