A cowboy rides into a small town that is run by a corrupt sheriff who has an iron fist on his hands. A pretty young town girl and some residents who want to get rid of the sheriff start a romance, which leads to a robbery, a murder and the sheriff's death. He is chased by a vengeful posse.
