Young woman Josh meets falls and is taken to the hospital in an ambulance. There is no evidence that she was ever admitted to the hospital, and it turns out that she was abducted together with her roommate in the same ambulance. In spite of the police's reluctance, Josh goes through with his investigation, convinced of a plot.
