Tale of a house through three different historical periods. When it was just a school and an apartment 50 years ago, a little boy was forced to share a cramped room with his paralyzed grandfather as he struggled with the stresses of pre-pubescent school life. A child's 12th birthday is also on a leap year, and the child's parents are planning an elaborate prank for the occasion.
