Juan Garcia is a young boy who lives in a gang-run neighborhood. As a child, he looked up to his older sister Angie, who was a single mother and worked hard to get a job in the white corporate world. His uncle Manny, who used to be in the gang, now works as an actor and plays gangsters in movies. On his way to a better future, Juan only thinks about girls and doesn't know that the judicial system takes a hard line against people who are part of groups.
