Even though Kevin has shown his trusted psychiatrist, Dr. Fletcher, evidence of his 23 different personas, there is still one personality that is dormant that is going to surface and take control of all the others. As the walls that separate Kevin's various compartments begin to crumble, he is compelled to kidnap three teenage girls, led by the defiant and perceptive Casey. This sets off a battle for survival not only within Kevin but also among all of those who are contained within him and those who are around him.
