Batman discovers that he has a kid with Talia al Ghul named Damian Wayne, who is a troubled pre-teen and is being raised in secret by Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins. Damian Wayne is violent and unruly. When it appears that Ra's al Ghul has been killed by Deathstroke in a fight, Batman has the responsibility of preventing his long-lost son from exacting revenge and directing him toward the path of righteousness. This presents an opportunity for the two to finally acknowledge that they are related to one another as a family.
