Raftaar Singh is constantly looking for ways to have fun and avoids duty. Raftaar's father, frustrated, sends him to Goa to work and learn to accept responsibilities. Once in Goa, he immediately impresses his new boss with his zeal and inventiveness. Soon after, he receives an assignment and meets Sara Amy Jackson, initiating their extraordinary love tale. As one amusing event follows another, the result is a grand comedy of errors. Raftaar is smitten with this exotic, fascinating young lady. The romance takes a dangerous turn when he discovers Sara is not who he believes she is and is pursuing an agenda that takes him to Romania.
