Chris Kenner is a police officer in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Little Tokyo. He is an American with a Japanese heritage. John Kenner is teamed up with Johnny Murata, a Japanese-American who is out of touch with his cultural roots and heritage. No matter how much they differ in personality, both men are accomplished martial artists. They put their tremendous abilities to use when they face Yoshida, a nasty yakuza drug dealer who has connections to Kenner's previous life.
