Seitokai Yakuindomo the Movie
Ousai Academy was originally an all-girls senior high school. Because of the decreasing birth prices recently, it was converted into a co-ed college. The first year male trainees would find themselves bordered by women and also sadly, Tsuda Takatoshi is one of them. What's even worse, he obtains scolded on his first day by the trainee council head of state Shino Amakusa, which did not give a great first impression of him. Tsuda also meets the various other trainee council members while getting reprimanded, and ultimately, he gets late for class. As an apology for destroying his morning, Shino lets him join the trainee council for numerous of "factors" and he approves it, or rather, he's compelled to approve.
