In court, Judge Morgan has earned a reputation for his no-nonsense demeanor. He rules quickly and harshly, barely noticing the person on the other end of his decisions. When he becomes stranded in a cafe during a violent snowstorm, he is surprised to learn that two of the other customers stranded with him are people who have recently appeared in his court... with verdicts that have made him very unpopular. As the night progresses in the small cafe, an unexpected truth emerges from both sides that changes everything.
