His niece is dying, so Deacon is in China donating his kidney to her. The day before the operation, he wakes up and finds out that he is the latest person to have his organs taken. With his clothes on, Deacon leaves his hotel to find his stolen kidney. He cuts a blood-soaked trail through the city's darkest corners to get there. he loses blood with each step because the clock is running out for his niece.
