A grieving old guy in California dies the day after his wife's passing. However, the space soldier Eros and her partner Tanna utilize an electric device to resuscitate both themselves and the powerful Inspector Clay, who they murdered. Their goal is not to conquer Earth, but to prevent humanity from obtaining the powerful "Solobonite" weapon that would endanger the universe. When people in Hollywood and Washington, DC observe flying saucers in the sky, a colonel, a police lieutenant, a commercial pilot, his wife, and a policeman attempt to stop the aliens.
