Nick is overjoyed to learn that he has won a dinner date with Jill Goddard, who happens to be one of his favorite actors. However, when Jill declines to participate in the contest, he is presented with an offer he cannot refuse: the ability to discreetly monitor Jill through computer. Nick begins watching the unaware celebrity on her webcam, not realizing that this action will put both himself and Jill at jeopardy as they enter a terrifying world of cat-and-mouse where nothing-and no one-are as they appear.
