Saitama speaks with a shop owner who is being forced by a local gang to relinquish his store's deed after defeating multiple villains in Z-abandoned City's neighborhood but still having troubles with rent money (and continuing harassment from the landlord who claims he's 3 months overdue). A conversation between the gang boss and one of his stooges reveals that the boss has got a desire to buy out all of the stores in the neighborhood in order to destroy them.
