On their Spring Break holiday, five young pals decided to head to the beach. As the party is about to depart for a bathroom break, one of the members, Carrie, becomes ill with a dangerous sexually transmitted disease (STD). As soon as they check into an isolated motel for the night, the real nightmare begins as the STD virus begins to spread, turning those who are afflicted into the walking dead.
