Murmur
Donna was just convicted of "Driving While Impaired" and was sentenced to community service at the local animal shelter. When Donna discovers that an elderly dog is about to be euthanized, she decides to take the dog home and quickly realizes that his companionship might alleviate her loneliness. Donna begins to take home more and more animals in a vain attempt to replace the need she feels, and she eventually finds herself in over her head.
