Mrs. Claus Rebecca (Tedde Moore) is concerned that her weary, workaholic husband (Mairtin O'Carrigan) has lost his Christmas joy. She believes she can assist him in reclaiming his bliss and discreetly travels to the one place she knows the spirit of Christmas must still exist: New York City, where she met Nick. Rebecca encounters Joe (Greg Bryk) in a crowded New York café, a concerned officer concerned about this sweet grandmother who is alone and on a tight budget. Joe discloses that he and his wife Lucy (Tricia Helfer) are now divorcing. Rebecca agrees to serve briefly as the family's nanny until Christmas, sensing that Joe is still madly in love with his wife. To Rebecca's joy, she demonstrates to Santa that Christmas miracles are still feasible and that his mission is more vital than ever by mending Joe and Lucy's family.
