The Romantic Comedy "Missed Connections" is directed by Brandon Ho and written by Joseph Reidhead. It is a narrative about love, identity, the universe, and sandwiches. Marc Reid (Kevin O'Keefe), a depressed romance novelist, is set up on a blind date with a lady named Melissa by his overly enthusiastic sister Julia (Sarah Kent). Marc, who is less than enthused, ends up picking up Jessie (Tatum Langton) at the apartment complex rather than Melissa. As the evening progresses, Jessie and Marc reconnect with old friends Gary (Bryce Chamberlain) and Mary (Renny Grames), as well as making a few new ones. Jessie's boyfriend Trent complicates matters (Lawrence Fernandez). Will Jessie and Marc, on the other hand, be successful in finding love? Can Jessie reintroduce romance and his passion for writing to Marc, or are they doomed to be another missed connection?
