Meet John Doe

To say goodbye, Ann Mitchell prints a fake letter from an unemployed "John Doe," who says he'll kill himself in protest of social injustices, in her last piece. John Willoughby is hired to play "Doe" for the paper. The paper has to hire Ann again. In a cynical way, Ann and her bosses take advantage of the story until the "John Doe" philosophy turns into a whole political movement because it's all made up.
