Charlie, a womanizing yet charming loser in his early 30s who dreams of publishing his book "7 STEPS OF HEALING THE MALE BROKEN HEART," is still working in restaurants to make ends meet in New York. He has no choice but to hunt for a roommate to share his little studio because he is short on funds. Surprisingly, his ex and only love, Pam, who broke his heart and vanished without explanation and is the idea for his work, is the first person to respond to the ad. Pam was a vibrant young woman with a lot of money who was now broke and disheveled, as he remembered her. A new story begins, and it is up to Charlie to discover why she left him and what has happened to her in the last three years. He must summon the strength to assist Pam get back on her feet without rekindling old affections, despite the possibility of a new love in his life.
