When Diana's (Margo Harshman) uncle Hugh dies, she is sent to his vineyard to settle his estate. Massive estate bequeathed to Diana and her ex-boyfriend Seth (Steve Talley). Hugh's final wish is that they work together on the upcoming crop. Neither is pleased with the arrangement, but they agree. Grant Garritson (Jack Wagner), a local competitor, threatens to sever Diana and Seth's already strained bond. They have a limited time to figure it all out and acquire what they each want.
