How can 1.1 billion people on the planet make ends meet on less than a dollar each day? Four young friends go out to learn more about this situation and to experience it firsthand. They spent 56 days in rural Pena Blanca, Guatemala, with little more than a video camera and a desire to learn. They are fighting E.Coli, financial hardship, and the knowledge that there are no simple solutions. Rosa, Anthony, and Chino, their neighbors, have given them resilient hope through their kindness and strength. They return home changed, determined to share what they've learned with other students, inspiring and daring their generation to make a difference.
