Lady in Cement
Tony Rome, a street-smart sleuth, discovers the body of a stunning blonde, her feet stuck in a block of cement, while diving for sunken treasure. Soon after, tough guy Waldo Gronski hires him to find a missing woman named Sandra Lomax, and Rome begins to wonder if there's a connection. He begins his search for the woman and soon finds himself in the company of a lovely party girl and a shady racketeer.
