Luis Molina and Valentin Arregui live in the same cell in a South American prison, where they are both in prison. People who are gay are found guilty of morally wrong things, and Valentin is a political prisoner. Luis comes up with romantic movies to get away from reality. Valentin, on the other hand, tries to keep his mind on the situation that he's in. It's because of the time they spend together that the two men come to understand and respect each other.
