Mr. Nomura is an unsettlingly handsome, sharply dressed, sociopath who preys on Tokyo's ladies. In Jakarta, a world-weary journalist named Bayu unexpectedly becomes a vigilante after brutally murdering two cruel criminals. When one uploads films of their violent outbursts to the Internet, the duo discovers the other and begins a corrosive and competitive duel. While Bayu clings to the possibility of resuming a regular life, Nomura continues to shed innocent blood without hesitation. Nomura suggests that everyone should consider killing.
