It's normal for Danny to be a party boy in New York City. A big party in Brooklyn called "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party" is coming up soon. This year, he and his friends can't wait to go to it. Danny is attacked by a stranger at the start of the night, and things quickly get worse. Finally, his drag queen and friends are able to save his life, but it comes with a lot of pain. After a year, Danny is still dealing with the effects of that horrible accident. He doesn't want to go to this year's "Brooklyn Annual Enema Party." The people who care about Danny want him to face his fears and go back out into the world. Danny refuses, but when a new boy comes into his life, Danny decides to give his social life and the nightlife scene in Brooklyn a second chance. People start disappearing and dying in gruesome ways for Danny to figure out that his life and the lives of everyone who helped him that night are in danger.
