Milford High School chemistry instructor Richard Martinez aka Bianca Del Rio used a masterfully executed scheme to send her rival Vice Principal Deborah "Debbie" Ward to jail after winning over the school's staff and pupils in a chemistry lesson. When Debbie is freed from prison, she devises a plan to finally get rid of Bianca Del Rio by tricking her into embarking on a perilous journey to Russia in order to accept a teaching award and a monetary prize.
