Maddie returns home for the holidays after standing down as CEO of her dream company. She hopes to gain some perspective. When she runs into Carter, her former high school sweetheart, tensions immediately escalate. When Carter and Maddie are compelled to put together a Christmas dance for the local high school, they find themselves putting their differences aside and rediscovering what it was that first brought them together all those years ago.
