When a vigilante homeless guy arrives in a new city, he finds himself engulfed in urban anarchy, a city ruled by crime and ruled by the city's criminal leader. Seeing armed robbers, corrupt cops, abused prostitutes, and even a pedophile Santa in the city, the Hobo decides to bring justice to the city the best way he knows how: with a 20-gauge shotgun.
