Hatred
The year is 1939, and it is the height of summer. Infatuation: Zosia, a young Polish woman, is in love with Petro, a Ukrainian man. Because of her father's insistence that she marry a wealthy widower named Skiba, their deep affection will be tested in the future. Because of her husband's enlistment in the Polish army, she is forced to fend for herself after their wedding. As a result of the coexistence of Jews, Poles, and Ukrainians, tensions are rising.
