Pedro, a 70-year-old homosexual nurse and ardent Greta Garbo enthusiast, needs to make room for Daniela, her best friend, in the hospital where she works. He resolves to assist Jean, a young man who has recently been hospitalized and handcuffed for committing a crime, in order to save Daniela.
