Grave of the Fireflies
In the final months of The second world war, 14-year-old Seita and his sis Setsuko are orphaned when their mommy is killed throughout an air assault in Kobe, Japan. After a befalling with their auntie, they relocate into an abandoned air-raid shelter. With no surviving family members and also their emergency situation rations depleted, Seita and Setsuko struggle to make it through.
