F/X gent The current occupation of Rollie Tyler is toymaker. Mike is a police officer and was Kim's ex-husband. He solicits Rollie's assistance in apprehending a murderer. The operation is successful until an unidentified assassin murders both the perpetrator and Mike. Mike's supervisor, Silak, claims that Mike was murdered by the killer, but Rollie is aware that this is not the case. Leo McCarthy, the cop from the last film who is now a private investigator, is contacted by Mike's father since it is obvious that Silak is responsible for Mike's death. However, they learn that Silak is not the only suspect.
