After the Crystal Lake Massacres, Jason is declared dead and transferred to the hospital morgue, where he is magically revived, allowing him to continue his wicked killing spree at the camp where the horrendous butchering began. There are also several fearful teens this time, as well as a little child named Tommy who has a special aptitude for horror masks and make-up, leading to a bloody and frightening fight. Is this the end of Jason's story?
